BLUE CHEESE : White wine, stock, cream and stilton.
GARLIC: Beef stock and garlic.
DIANE SAUCE: Beef stock, red wine, mushrooms and dijon mustard.
Our steaks are served with either full salad, or chips, or boiled potatoes, or garlic rice (wild rice with shavings of garlic). All steaks come with mushrooms and onion rings.
